Meet Nina Levine

Ms. Nina Levine (Qi Zhang), was born and raised in Shanghai, China. She served as an executive with several multinational companies. Most recently as the Executive Director of Finance and HR serving greater China for a Fortune 500 company. She married and relocated to the United States in 2006. 

Along with her husband, they founded Levine International Home Services where she is the Managing Director. In addition to providing services to a portfolio of clients looking to buy, sell or invest in residential or commercial real estate, Nina heads up the Property Management Division of Levine International Home Services. She provides substantial supporting services such as property management, residential leasing, and property maintenance. Along with team members who are subject matter professionals, she provides mortgage and insurance consulting, real estate law, taxation, immigration, tourism, and education consulting for the children of foreign national clients studying and attending school in the United States.

She and her husband, along with their partner, Ramzi Rasamny, are co-founders of VINARA International. Based in Dubai, UAE, their mission is to provide comprehensive and innovative solutions for all types of real estate investment needs, from acquisition to disposal, across the globe.
